1968: DENSAN was established and started its first new building in Istanbul.

1969: DENSAN took delivery of the first vessel, M/T Densan, from the shipyard.

1985: Devo established as a joint venture with the Van Ommeren Group of Netherlands, as the first foreign shipping investment in Turkey.

1991: DENSAN focused on dry-bulk segment by taking the first vessel of this kind under its management.

2002: DENSAN focused on new building projects in the Far East for its principals.

2005: DENSAN took management of the first Diamond 53 type supramax bulk carriers in China.

2007: DENSAN took management of the second Diamond 53 type supramax bulk carriers in Vietnam.

2008: DENSAN took management of the third Diamond 53 and first Dolphin 57 type supramax bulk carriers in China.
